Mr. Ambrish Choudhary
Mr. Ambrish Choudhary, the founder of Lex Jurix is a legal brain who comes from technical background having B.Tech. and Master’s in Law (LL.M.) from the prestigious University of Mumbai. In addition to this he is presently pursuing his doctorate in Law. With a blend of both engineering and law and having experience of more than five years of in-depth legal research, drafting and vetting of documents covering contractual law, contract condition, copyright registration, PMLA, strategic planning, trademark registration and ventures for various industries. He handles preparation of complaint, suits, writs, affidavits, power of attorney, development agreement, agreement for sale, sale deed, deed of assignments, joint development agreement etc.. Owing to his vast experience in giving legal consultations to renowned organisations, such as Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, ICICI Bank, InCred, Brookfield, Capri Global Capital Limited among others Mr. Ambrish Choudhary, also a registered GST practitioner with the government portal is a pillar of the firm lending a niche talent to serve its clients.
Mrs. Samta Gupta
Mrs. Samta Gupta, co-founder of Lex Jurix is an expert draftsman with a B.A in political science from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and later LLB from Mumbai University. She has a post qualification work experience of 12 years where she was mentored by Late Jaidev Singhania, Advocate Supreme Court specialising in various civil litigations and drafting assignments. In her stint at multinational KPO’s, she has been involved in reviewing and vetting of documents with respect to international laws making her expert on its ramifications of the Indian leg of the contracts.
Mrs. Urvashi Agrawal
Mrs. Urvashi Agrawal, co-founder of Lex Jurix is a law graduate from Gwalior, MP. She is the backbone of the firm and actively manages the admin of the firm by coordinating with the associates ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. Her strength is matters dealing with financial frauds especially Negotiable Instruments Act.
